Society of Indian Auto Manufacturers (SIAM) data shows battery EV car sales jumped from approx. 23,000 in 2024 to over 100,000 in Jan–Oct 2025. Tata Motors led with approx. 40% market share in Oct’25 (followed by MG and Mahindra).
