At Bolt.Earth, all products undergo strict quality checks and are securely sealed prior to dispatch. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
No Returns Policy
Eligibility for Replacement
- A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo/video evidence.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original sealed packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice intact.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process
- The product condition upon opening
- Any claim for damage, defect, or incorrect product without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Scenarios
- Change of mind / product no longer required
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Product has been used, installed, or altered
- Seal is broken or packaging is not intact
- Requests raised beyond the 48-hour window
- Claims raised without a valid unboxing video

- The product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
- A replacement is not feasible (including cases where the product is out of stock or discontinued).

- Any cashback, discount, or promotional benefit availed

Returns are strictly not accepted under any circumstances. Bolt.Earth does not offer returns once a product has been delivered. Replacement requests are the sole remedy available, and only under the limited conditions described below.
Replacements are applicable only where the product is delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
Customers are required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video at the time of opening the package. The video must clearly show:
If the product seal is broken, tampered with, or the packaging is opened, no replacement request will be accepted. Products must be in original sealed condition to be eligible for any claim.

Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched or in transit, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be provided as a default remedy.

Orders placed under promotional or financial schemes (including No Cost EMI, cashback offers, or coupon/discount-based purchases) remain eligible for replacement only in cases of verified damage, defect, or incorrect product.
However, in case of any approved refund, all associated benefits and non-recoverable costs shall be deducted, including:

The final decision on whether a case qualifies for replacement or refund shall rest with Bolt.Earth, subject to verification.
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt at our facility.
If the defect is verified, a replacement unit will be shipped within 10-15 business days.
If the product does not meet eligibility criteria, it will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Bolt.Earth will bear shipping costs only in cases of verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
In all other cases, shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded or reimbursed.
