Charger Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Return Conditions
- The request for return must be made within 20 business days of purchase and the product should be in the original, undamaged packaging.
- In cases where the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred when the product was sent to you and cover the costs of returning it to us.
- Please note that no refunds will be applicable on any product SKUs.
Replacement Conditions
- If a return is initiated, it will not be treated as a refund; it will only be considered for replacement if the fault is verified.
- The replacement product will be shipped within 15 business days from the date the faulty product is received at our premises.

Returns and replacements are applicable exclusively on the grounds of being faulty. Only faulty returns will be considered for replacement.
