You can add the ‘Cost Per Unit’ you pay to your local electricity provider followed by the ‘Price Per Unit’ you would charge the users who are booking your charger.

What are the different access modes I can set on the app for my Bolt.Earth charging point ?
  1. Public Paid: Available for public, visible on map, pay and use to charge.
  2. Public Free: Available for public, visible on map, and don't have to pay.
  3. Private: Only the host can charge the EV, not available for public, not visible on the map.

Please check if the signal and internet connection are good, the device is activated, and the LED is blinking. If yes, kindly restart the device, clear cache and storage from the app, and log in again.

What is the power consumption of my Bolt.Earth charging point?
The Bolt.Earth charging point does not consume energy. It is used to dispense energy, which in turn depends on the load attached. The energy is calculated by the device and is shown on the app. The maximum power the charging point can dispense is 3.3kW at 220-240V.

Will I get notified if my Bolt.Earth Charging point gets disconnected or if there is a power outage?
The Bolt.Earth app lets you to monitor your entire EV charging cycle. Any disruption due to a power outage or the charging point getting disconnected is immediately be notified to the owner on the app.

Does Bolt.Earth support fast charging?
Currently, Bolt.Earth supports fast charging for 4-wheelers. We are working on supporting fast charging for 2 & 3-wheelers.

What are the different kinds of chargers available for sale?

I am unable to scan the QR code. What should I do?
Please clear the user data and cache memory and login using the email ID or phone number used during the set up of the account. You can also enter the Charger ID manually by clicking on 'Enter Charger ID' on the scan page. The issue should be resolved.

My Bolt.Earth Charging point is not working. What should I do?
Check the supply and any loose connections in the wiring. Turn the MCB OFF and ON again. Check if the LED is working. If the issue is not resolved please contact us at +91 84477 46385 to speak to a representative. We are available 24*7 (Mon to Sun).
