Mohit Yadav is the Founder and CEO of Bolt.Earth, leading the company's mission to make electric mobility more accessible through technology. He drives product innovation and technology strategy, helping build solutions that address real-world challenges in the EV ecosystem.

Before founding Bolt.Earth in 2017, Mohit spent over a decade working in the technology industry with companies such as Adobe and Oracle. Drawn by the potential of electric mobility to create lasting environmental and economic impact, he set out to solve one of the industry's biggest barriers: accessible charging infrastructure.

Under his leadership, Bolt.Earth has grown into one of India's largest EV charging networks, with over 100,000 chargers deployed across the country. Mohit holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from BITS Pilani.

Jyotiranjan Harichandan is the Founder and Chairman of Bolt.Earth. A passionate entrepreneur and technology leader, he provides strategic direction for the company while championing its vision of accelerating the transition to electric mobility.

Over the years, Jyotiranjan has worked across enterprises and high-growth technology companies, building and scaling products, leading innovation initiatives, and bringing emerging technologies to market. His experience spans product development, business strategy, and entrepreneurship.

Prior to founding Bolt.Earth, he launched MunchBee Foods, a food-tech venture that marked the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. At Bolt.Earth, he is focused on creating a reliable and accessible charging ecosystem that makes EV adoption easier for individuals and businesses alike. Jyotiranjan holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani.
