S. Raghav Bharadwaj is the CEO of Bolt.Earth, India’s largest EV charging network. With over 12 years of experience in strategy, deep-tech innovation, and market transformation, Raghav brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and entrepreneurial instinct to India’s electric mobility revolution

With over a decade of experience in strategy, AI, and market transformation, Raghav has played a pivotal role in Bolt.Earth’s rise, leading its expansion to over 37000+ charging points across 1700+ cities. His vision is to build a fully integrated EV charging ecosystem that spans hardware, software, grid partnerships, and third-party network access — all tied together through a seamless user experience.  

An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Raghav built and scaled 19Columns, a profitable market research firm. He also drove strategic AI and digital transformation initiatives for multiple Fortune 500 clients across global markets, including stints in Boston, USA, before joining Bolt.Earth. 

Mohit is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of Bolt.Earth, leading the company in its mission to leverage technology to solve real-world problems and drive the transition to cleaner mobility. He oversees product and tech development at Bolt.Earth. 

With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, he previously worked with legacy brands like Adobe and Oracle. His passion for emerging EV technology and its transformative potential led him to fully immerse himself in the field, founding Bolt.Earth in 2017. Since then, the company has built an extensive charging network, powering e-mobility nationwide with 37000+ EV charging points. Mohit holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. 

In his 10 years of experience in the technology ecosystem, Jyotiranjan has donned multiple roles in design and development, contributing to both large conglomerates and emerging companies. Having been part of the software industry since its early days, he has worked across enterprises and tech startups, building B2B product capabilities and driving emerging technologies across markets.

Before founding Bolt.Earth, Jyoti embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by establishing MunchBee Foods, a food-tech firm. His vision for making EVs accessible to the larger public is both innovative and practical, focusing on building a robust and reliable network of charging points to accelerate the transition to electric mobility. Jyotiranjan holds an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
