If your Bolt charging point is not working, please check the supply and any loose connections in the wiring. Turn the MCB OFF and turn it ON again after 10/15 mins. Scan and see if the LED is working or not. If this doesn't work, help us understand the issue better and call us on 8447746385/ 08045688448 or send us an email at [email protected] Once we assess the issue, our team will get in touch with you with the next relevant steps or process.
How do I install my Bolt.Earth Charging point?
Bolt.Earth can be mounted on a wall or any flat surface. Installing it takes less than 30 min and can all be DIY or by any general home electrician. For more clarity, kindly refer to the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eau0tHoB_yo
Is my Bolt.Earth Charging point waterproof?
Bolt.Earth is splash proof and comes with protections against daily wear and tear, however, for heavy weather we recommend a protections shield over the device.
What are the warranty terms?
The Warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the device and is valid for a tenure of 1 year.
There is a sound coming from my Bolt.Earth Charging point. Is this normal?
The sound from the device may be normal. Kindly plug and check to see if the charger can be installed and initialised. My Bolt.Earth Charging point is not working. What should I do?
Check the supply and any loose connections in the wiring. Turn the MCB OFF and ON again. Check if the LED is working.
What do the different LED indications on my Bolt.Earth Charging point mean?
Yellow LED Blinking- Not initialized, Green LED Blinking- Available, Blue LED blinking- Connected to Bluetooth, Red LED constant- Stop charging, Green LED- Charging, White LED- Reboot.
