Santosh Charan leads Growth and partnerships at BOLT.Earth. He has 12+ yrs experience working in leadership roles in startups & social impact across education, livelihoods and housing. He set up the startup Incubator at The/Nudge Foundation and has supported more than 75 social entrepreneurs to scale their impact. Santosh also co-founded a tech startup in the past and is an alumnus of BITS Pilani.

Abhishek is an experienced business leader with 13+ years of experience across different industries like Telecom, Automotive, Finance, GIG, Urban and Electric Mobility, etc. His analytical thinking and eye for detail help us gain an in-depth understanding of the current fleet market scenario.
